HOW AND WHEN DID YOU GET INTO VOICE OVER WORK?

I'm an actress so I think it's a natural progression to do voice-over. One of my first gigs was as a narrator for a documentary and that sparked my interest greatly. Since then I have narrated short films, voiced radio ads and I also do comedy voices. I also have a background in radio broadcasting so my voice and how it is used has always been very important to me.

WHAT STYLES OF VOICE OVER DO YOU KICK ASS AT?

I consider myself a very versatile read. My delivery can be soft or strong, relaxed or prompt but its always warm and confident. I have always specialised in comedy voices and accents. Even though my own accent is neutral Irish I come alive when impersonating characters such as Russian, American (All types), German, French, British...the list goes on!

TV: 'Galactik Football' - Telegael, 'Republic of Telly' - RTE 2, 'Killing my Friends' - Documentary

ARE YOU PERFORMING IN ANY INTERESTING SHOWS LATELY?'
'Galactik Football' is a French cartoon that is produced by Telegael and voiced here in Ireland for international distribution. I have to say of all the voice work I have done, this has been my absolute favourite! I play multiple roles of varying accents and even species! Cartoons are the best fun as it lets the artists imagination go crazy, and in most cases the more obscure the voice the better. I voice characters alongside Mario Rosenstock and Johnathon Ryan to name but a few so I consider myself in good company!

More recent voice work came in the form of RTE 2's 'Republic of Telly'. I have contributed to the show on a few occasions. This time I was the voice of Oscar Awards announcer. It's on my V/O demo, check it out!

Axa Insurance is a recent ad for me which is getting very heavy play on all channels as well as billboards, papers, etc!

I am also attached to play the lead role in an American/Irish feature film which is currently going into pre-production. As well as my own short film project that I am writing.
